1. Nature of Our Services

All services provided by Serenity Studios are digital and custom in nature. Unlike physical goods, digital deliverables — such as website designs, code, and software — cannot be physically returned. Once work is delivered and accepted, it exists in the client's possession.

2. What We Offer Instead of Returns

Because our services are custom-built to your requirements, we address dissatisfaction through:

• Revision rounds — included in every package to refine deliverables
• Bug fixes — any technical issues with delivered work are fixed at no cost within the support period
• Rework — if a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, we will redo it

3. Project Cancellation

If you wish to discontinue a project, please refer to our Refund Policy for applicable refund terms based on project progress.

4. Digital Products

If Serenity Studios offers any downloadable digital products (such as website templates or scripts) in the future, the following will apply:

• Due to the nature of digital downloads, returns are not accepted once a file has been downloaded
• If a product is found to be faulty or not as described, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion
