Serenity Studios is a digital services company. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver our digital services and products to clients.
1. Digital Delivery
All services and deliverables from Serenity Studios are delivered digitally. This includes but is not limited to:
- Website design files (Figma, PSD, or exported assets)
- Website source code delivered via secure file transfer or GitHub repository
- Live website deployment to your hosting server
- Custom software or plugins delivered as downloadable files or deployed directly
- Documentation, reports, and other digital assets via email or shared drive
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary by service and are confirmed in your project agreement:
- Starter Website Package: Approximately 1–2 weeks from project start
- Business Website Package: Approximately 3–4 weeks from project start
- Enterprise / Custom Projects: Timeline agreed upon at the start of the project
- Maintenance Plans: Ongoing monthly service — no delivery timeline applicable
Project start date is counted from the receipt of the upfront payment and all required information/content from the client.
3. Delivery Method
Deliverables are shared via:
- Email (for files, reports, credentials)
- Secure file transfer links (for large files)
- Direct deployment to your server (for live websites and software)
- GitHub or similar version control repository (upon request)
4. No Physical Shipping
Serenity Studios does not ship any physical products. If you received a communication claiming a physical shipment from Serenity Studios, please contact us immediately at [email protected] as it may be fraudulent.
5. Delivery Confirmation
We consider a project delivered when:
- The final files or live URL have been shared with the client, and
- The client has been notified of completion via email
The client is expected to review the delivery within 7 days and raise any concerns via our support portal.
